All merchandise shipped from SalonCentric | State RDA ProMart Houston or purchased in one of our stores is subject to the following sales return policy:

ALL SALES FINAL

Shipping errors including overages, shortages, damages and/or incorrect product must be reported to your Sales Consultant or a Customer Service Representative within 72 hours. Original invoice or invoice number is required.

  • Sales Consultant or  Store Customer Associate must be notified to initiate return.
  • Merchandise must be unopened in original packaging and in re-sellable condition.

Electrical Appliances; Shears, Clippers, dryers, irons etc. are subject to the following return guidelines:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless defective. We do not give a satisfaction guarantee.

  • Defective appliances may be exchanged (for the same product or store credit if the item is no longer available) with 60 days of purchase.
  • Original invoice or invoice number is required.  We can look this up for you.
  • After 60 days, contact the manufacturer for support on their extended warranty.
  • Please contact your Sales Consultant or a Store Associate to determine which applies.
